It is November, which means that the end of the year is just around the corner! During the months of November and December, we focus on our annual end of the year campaign, A Classroom for Christmas. Last year, we were able to raise money for a new medical clinic for our schools (which has already opened), and a brand-new girls’ dormitory (which is still being constructed). In addition to the building projects that were funded last year, we also helped over 100 families and students thanks to our online giving catalog.
Today, we are so happy to announce that our 2018 Giving Catalog is now live!
In this catalog, you will see a multitude of materials and items that we need to help our school as well as the families of our students. Each and every item in our catalog has the potential to make a difference in our school, so we hope that you will check it out and see how you can make an impact in the community of Nakaseke, Uganda.
Some areas that we have highlighted in our catalog include: Lunch Line(our feeding program),academic supplies, our vocational department, medical needs, and campus development. We hope that you will prayerfully consider giving in one of these areas. Simone’s Kids has made a massive impact in the community of God’s Hope Schools and Nakaseke, and it’s because of our incredible supporters that keep believing in our vision.
During this Christmas season, we want to continue blessing the people that God has called us to serve, and we can’t do that without your help. No matter if your gift is big or small, please know that it is very much appreciated and will be used to make a change in the lives of our students. In addition to the giving catalog, there are a few other ways that you can help! If don’t already follow us on Instagram and Facebook, please go like our page and keep up with our social media! We will be highlighting several needs over the next two months, and we would love to see you sharing our page with your friends and family!
Thank you once again for your continued support of Simone’s Kids. We are so excited to see what God has in store for us during this giving season.
